Country Star Lorrie Morgan Files Bankruptcy

Seems bankruptcy happens to anybody. Country singer Lorrie Morgan has filed for bankruptcy for primarily business related debts, according to a court filing. The truth is its hard for me to feel sorry for Lorrie Morgan as she lists assets of somewhere between $500,000.00 and a million. The 49-year-old singer, who lives in the Nashville suburb of Lebanon, released a statement calling the bankruptcy “an unfortunate yet necessary part of the restructuring of my business.” Now how would like to be a creditor knowing she is going to hang on to a million smackers. That is unfortunately the cost of bankruptcy in this country, however bankruptcy to me is can’t pay the rent or buy food. Just my thoughts .
