The New York Mets fired manager Willie Randolph today. Not that everyone is the free world didn’t see this coming. Willie Randolph helped seal his own fate , not only by losing, but with his mouth. His recent racially motivated comments about broadcast teams set his fate about a month ago. Funny how Omar Minaya would fly cross country to do the deed , but that Mew York for you. Willie Randolph is not a bad manager. For the most part he is a nice guy, but for now he will making family plans and setting tees times. he will land somewhere, Willie Randolph is a baseball guy and well liked.
