NAME            makdir  --  make a directory



SYNOPSIS        sys  makdir; name; mode  / makdir = 14.



DESCRIPTION     makdir creates an empty directory whose name is

                the null-terminated string pointed to by name.

                The mode of the directory is mode.  The special

                entries "." and ".." are not present.



                makdir may be invoked only by the super-user.
