NAME            chdir  --  change working directory



SYNOPSIS        sys     chdir; dirname  / chdir = 12.



DESCRIPTION     dirname is address of the pathname of a direc-

                tory, terminated by a 0 byte.  chdir causes this

                directory to become the current working direc-

                tory.
