NAME tell -- get file pointer

SYNOPSIS        (file descriptor in r0)

                sys tell; offset; ptrname / tell = 20.

                (value retruned in r0)

DESCRIPTION The file descriptor refers to an open file. The

                value returned in r0 is one of:

                   if ptrname is 0, the value returned is offset;

                   if ptrname is 1, the value is the current

                   pointer plus offset;

                   if ptrname is 2, the value returned is the

                   number of bytes in the file plus offset.
